Effective immediately, Eggert will oversee APAV’s strategic growth initiatives, including marketing, communications, business development, and operations, to further expand the company’s impact in the event technology and integration sectors.

Eggert brings more than two decades of leadership experience from AdventHealth, where he directed large-scale productions and led marketing and communications strategies impacting thousands of stakeholders. His expertise encompasses storytelling through audio and video, implementing advanced production technologies, and developing growth strategies that prioritize customer engagement, team collaboration, and strategic partnerships to deliver measurable outcomes.

Eggert holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Arts in Recording Arts from Middlesex University in London, UK, and an Audio Engineering Degree from SAE Institute in Frankfurt, Germany.
