APAV Solutions Promotes Matthias Eggert to Chief Operating Officer

Altamonte Springs, FL – September 21, 2026 – APAV Solutions, a leading provider of event technology and AV integration solutions, today announced the promotion of Matthias Eggert to Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 4, 2026. In this expanded role, Eggert will take on direct oversight of business operations — including Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology — in addition to the marketing, communications, and business development responsibilities he has led since joining the company. The change comes after just over a year with APAV Solutions.

Eggert brings more than 30 years of industry experience and over two decades of leadership experience to the role, along with a background in German engineering that shapes his approach to process and operational discipline. He holds a Master of Business Administration, completed in 2025, in addition to his prior academic and professional training in audio engineering and recording arts.
