Who we’re looking for

We are searching for a driven AV Integration Sales Engineer who can blend consultative selling with deep technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and control systems for churches, theaters, corporate spaces, and hospitality venues. This role is ideal for a self-motivated relationship builder who loves creating custom AVL solutions and can confidently guide clients from first conversation through installation.​


What you’ll do

You will design and specify complex AV systems, lead discovery meetings, conduct site visits, and turn customer needs into clear, compelling technical proposals. Day to day, you will prospect for new business, nurture existing client relationships, manage your sales pipeline in our CRM, and negotiate contracts that drive revenue while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.​


Experience and skills

The ideal candidate brings several years of progressive sales experience, including designing and selling integrated systems for houses of worship, theaters, corporate meeting spaces, and hospitality environments. You should be comfortable with AV design tools, understand worship and theatrical production workflows, and excel at translating technical concepts into language non-technical stakeholders can easily understand.​


Certifications and mindset

A CTS certification and strong familiarity with digital sales tools such as HubSpot will help you hit the ground running. Just as important, you are adaptable, fiscally responsible, calm under pressure, and eager to keep learning as we grow. ​
