Kids Beating Cancer Hats and Heroes Ball

This past weekend, we had the incredible honor of being part of the team that provided a tremendous audio-visual experience for the annual Hats & Heroes Ball, hosted by Kids Beating Cancer at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando.

Each year, this extraordinary event brings together generous supporters to fund life-saving research and treatments for children battling cancer. To be even a small part of this mission is deeply meaningful to us.

At APAV Solutions, we know technology can help tell powerful stories. Through seamless sound, lighting, and visual design, we aim to elevate every moment—so the focus remains on the cause and the people it serves. Seeing the room come alive with emotion and purpose reminded us why we do what we do.

This production was a true collaboration. Supporting Kids Beating Cancer in their mission to provide access to life-saving treatments for children diagnosed with cancer, funding pediatric cancer research for improved outcomes, and supporting children and their families throughout the journey to a cure, was a privilege… and one we won’t soon forget.
